Field Instruction
A full day of instruction in the field is included with the purchase of any CD dispenser. Assistance is not needed in order to operate the dispenser as that involves little more than an on/off switch. Rather, the visit focuses on techniques for epoxy injection or whatever the application at hand.
Equipment Service and Technical Support
- Free and immediate trouble shooting or application assistance by phone between 0700 and 1630 Central Time. Calls from field or service personnel are welcome.
- If parts are needed, Lily ships the day of your order if received by 1300. If they are components that we source from others, we will direct you to a nearby source if available. .
